Interior Cleaning

We clean the inside and outside, dump & rinse the tanks and fill the propane. We also provide the kitchen (Sauce Pan,Frying Pan,Stock Pot,2 Mixing Bowls,Cutting Board,Sharp Knife,Serving Spoon,Slotted Spoon,Spatula,BBQ Set (Serving Fork, Tongs, & Metal Spatula),Measuring Cups,Can Opener,Cork Screw,Kitchen Shears,Colander,Keurig Coffee Maker,Toaster,Dish Cloth,Dish Soap w/ Sponge,Hand Soap,2 pot holders), dishes (plates,mug,utensils, etc.), and linens (towels,sheets,blanket,pillow+case) package

From first freeze to last freeze (approx. October – May), we have all our RVs winterized which means the water system is shut down and there is domestic anti-freeze in the systems. If you want to use the water, and we deem the destination to have favorable weather conditions for water, there is a one-time $245 fee for the un-winterize/re-winterize. Insurance does not cover any damages caused by frozen holding tanks, waste tanks, water heater tanks, etc. 

Winterization Fee

We know that pets are part of the family and we have a select few units of each model designated as pet coaches. There is an additional one-time pet fee of $125 in those designated coaches. Any damage caused by a pet will be the responsibility of the renter. Any coaches returning with evidence of a pet, without having chosen a pet coach and paid the pet fee, will result in a minimum fee of $500, or more, as needed to repair any damage or clean up caused by the unauthorized pet.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Times:
We have the flexibility to schedule 1 rental pick-up every fifteen minutes – M-F 9:00 – 3:30pm, Sat 9:00 – 2:00pm. You will select your pick-up time, based on availability, when you make your reservation. All rentals are due back on the return day between 8:30 -11:00am. If you are unable to return by 11:00am, we offer a Late Return Package for $100 that extends the return time to 2:00pm. This is based on availability and must be selected and paid for prior to your rental pickup. If you need to return later than 2pm, you will need to extend your rental by another day.

No Smoking:
We have a no smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in any of our coaches at any time. Any trace of smoking in the coach will result in the loss of your entire $1,250 deposit, or more, depending on the extent of the damage.

Pets:

Winter Rentals:
If you require water in your vehicle from first freeze to last freeze (dates will vary but typically from mid October to mid May), there is a fee of $245 to unwinterize and rewinterize the coach. There are certain destinations for which water will not be allowed.

Burning Man Rentals:
We do allow “specific units” to go to Burning Man with special pricing and restrictions. Do not think that you can go to Burning Man without telling us where you are going. Call B&B RV, Inc. at 303-322-6013 for details.

The Thor Chateau 28Z has all of your desired features including the cabover bed, large kitchen, living area slide out and walk-around queen with pillow-top mattress. The large TV is located over the dinette across from the sofa for easy viewing. The dinette is the new style dream dinette that also easily folds to a sleeping area as does the leather sofa. Other upgrades on this coach include a microwave, oven and electric awning. This is a great coach for parties of up to eight.
